Accommodation in Valencia

Mediterráneo Spanish Centre offers accommodation in apartments with students of the school and with native Spanish people. Also, you can choose to stay with a Spanish host family, and Residences.

Student Apartments

The centre apartments are located next to the center. They have single/double bedrooms, also it arranges of the type rooms possibility SUITE with private complete bath, spacious living rooms, kitchens, and several full bathrooms. They are completely furnished and equipped (TV, washing-machine, refrigerator, microwave…).

 

Service of weekly optional cleanliness. And with the posibility of completly free Internet in the flat. Friends are welcome to stay with a registered student but will have to pay 25% more in rent.The apartment will be available from your arrival on the Sunday before classes begin until 12:00 pm the Saturday following the last day of classes. If you needs to come before Sunday or to stay after Saturday it must consult it. The same condition applies for the residence with Spanish students or Spanish host families.

We offer service the 24 hours of collection of students from the airport or station of trains/buses to the center and places of lodging. (To consult tariffs)

Shared Flats with Spanish people

Accommodation in a shared flat with spanish people allows you to get the maximum out of your course. Nowhere else will you so directly experience real Spanish life. Nothing could be better to help improve your language skills and make friends.
 
These apartments are pre-selected with Spanish native people, most  next to the school, just only 5/10 minutes walking distance and  very close of  the city center and the beach. 
 
They have single/double bedrooms, also it arranges of the type rooms possibility SUITE with private complete bath, spacious living rooms, kitchens, and several full bathrooms. They are completely furnished and equipped (Internet, TV, washing-machine, refrigerator, microwave∑).

From 295€ per week rents your apartment in Valencia.Discounts available for accommodation of duration greater than 6 weeks and for students registering together.

 

Also we have villas of luxury of five rooms.

Student Residence

Guest Family

Accommodation in a host family allows you to get the maximum out of your course. Nowhere else will you so directly experience real Spanish life. Nothing could be better to help improve your language skills.

The word “family” should not be taken too literally, because your family could also be just a single parent who takes in students because he or she enjoys the company. You wouldn’t be the first to go out together, or to keep in contact with your family after your return home.

You can choose from a room with breakfast, half-board (breakfast and you can choose between a cooked meal in the afternoon at about two o’clock or light dinner at ten) or full-board (breakfast and two meals).

It is obvious that you will have to adjust a little to the rules of the house. Remember, too, that locals have different eating habits. Apart from that, you are free to do that you want. You will be given your own keys, so you can come and go as you please. During your home-stay you will be able to receive phone calls.

 

Important

We cannot emphasise it enough: accommodation is very important. No two students are alike, which makes it very difficult for us to give general advice.

Do you want to experience home stay, student flat and/or residence during your stay? Of course you can do this as well.

Combining accommodation types does not involve any extra charges. Take your time and make a sensible decision.
