Accommodation in Madrid

Student apartments

  • Available during the whole year;located in the city center (average 10 min. walking distance to the school);
  • You share the apartment with other international students
  • 3-9 rooms per apartment
  • You can choose between a single or a shared room
  • Average students ages: 19-35
  • All rooms are furnished with a bed and a wardrobe
  • Right to receive phone calls (if available)
  • Visitors are welcome during day-time

  • (average 15-20 min. walking distance to the school)
  • Sharing with international students
  • Single or shared room
  • Average student ages: 16-25 years old
  • All rooms are furnished with a bed, desk and a wardrobe
  • Wi-Fi Internet access
  • Visitors are welcome during day-time
  • Shared bathrooms, laundry service
  • Bed and breakfast or full board
  • Your own key, no curfew, 24h. security
  • Smoking not allowed in common areas

Home Stay

  • Available during the whole year
  • Located in the city center (average 10 min. walking distance to the school).
  • You share the apartment with people living in Madrid
  • Other students may be hosted in the same apartment
  • Double rooms are rarely available
  • Usualy between 21-35 years old
  • You have to abide by the rules of your housemaster concerning smoking, visitors and use of the phone
  • Shared kitchen and washing machine
  • You usually have to share the bathroom
  • Your own key
  • All bills (apart from telephone) are included in the price
  • Bed linen and blankets are provided (no towels)

Apartments

  • Located in the city center (average 10 min. walking distance to the school) and in neigbourhoods (average 15-30 min. by public transportation)
  • A deposit of 1 month has to be paid, which will be returned at end of stay if place is handed over in the agreed conditions
  • 1 to 3 rooms
  • Fully furnished, some with air-conditioning
  • Equipped kitchen and bathroom
  • Some apartments with internet connection, DVD and Hi-Fi set
  • Your own key
  • Breakfast service not available
  • All bills (apart from telephone) are included in the price. Most of the apartments do not have telephone
  • Bed linen and blankets are provided (no towels)

Hotel & Guesthouse

  • Perfect for short stays (e.g. 1-2 weeks).
  • Located in the city center (average 10 min. walking distance to the school).
  • You can choose between single or double room
  • Most of the rooms are with private bathroom (only shared bathroom in the cheaperoptions)
  • Cleaning of the room is included in the price
  • Some of the rooms with TV and phone
  • No kitchen is available
  • Breakfast service available (not in the cheaper options). It is usualy included in the price.
  • Bed linen, blankets and towels provided

We cannot emphasise it enough: accommodation is very important. No two students are alike, which makes it very difficult for us to give general advice.

Do you want to experience home stay, student flat and/or residence during your stay? Of course you can do this as well.

Combining accommodation types does not involve any extra charges. Take your time and make a sensible decision.
