FAQ: Enrolment & Payment
What do I need to pay and when?
You are required to pay 35% fo the invoice at the time of booking. The remaining 65% has to be paid no later than the first day of your course.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel your Spanish course, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Clients can cancel enrolments within 7 working days from the enrolment date provided the course has not started. A cancellation fee of €55 applies.
- Courses and accommodation cannot be cancelled neither wholly nor partially from the original start date onwards.
- Clients cancelling more than 4 weeks before the start of their course owe the company 25% of the tuition and accommodation fees plus any applicable enrolment and placement fees.
- Clients cancelling more than 1 week but less than 4 weeks before the start of their course owe the company 50% of the tuition and accommodation fees plus any applicable enrolment and placement fees.
- Clients cancelling within less than 1 week before the start of their course owe the company 75% of the tuition and accommodation fees plus any applicable enrolment and placement fees.
- A separate cancellation insurance can be taken out with the company which refunds the deposit of tuition and accommodation fees [but not of enrolment, placement and insurance fees] provided the cancellation has been made in writing [fax or email] and received during working hours no less than 72 hours before commencement of the course or accommodation arrangement whichever is earliest.
